The Euroclear Internal Audit division is a dynamic team of 50+ people operating from three locations: Brussels, London and Paris. We help the Board and Executive Management protect the assets, value, reputation and sustainability of Euroclear. We provide risk-based assurance and insight on governance, risk management and internal control. To do so, we are organized by audit domains, that is, Operations, IT Cyber, Business, Legal &Compliance, Risk & Banking and Finance, People and Communication.

Dans le cadre de son déploiement et en application du décret spécial du Parlement de la Communauté française de Belgique du 05 octobre 2023 portant diverses dispositions en matière de gouvernance, transparence, autonomie et contrôle des organismes qui dépendent de la Communauté française, le Conseil WBE a décidé de la création d’un Comité d’audit en son sein. WBE est convaincu que l’élaboration d’une fonction d’audit interne peut offrir une valeur ajoutée importante et donner une impulsion supplémentaire dans le cadre du processus d’amélioration permanente. Afin de favoriser ce processus et de doter le Comité d’audit WBE de toute l’expertise nécessaire, le Conseil WBE a décidé de faire appel à un externe pour la composition de son Comité d’audit, qui sera dès lors composé de 3 membre du Conseil WBE et 1 expert externe.
