About
In today’s dynamic business landscape, internal auditors are no longer just guardians of controls — they’re strategic advisors shaping organizational success. Building Future Executives: The Internal Audit Pathway to C-Level Roles is an exclusive evening event designed to help young internal audit professionals understand how their analytical acumen, risk insight, and strategic perspective can pave the way to executive leadership.
Through engaging discussions with accomplished leaders who have transitioned from audit to the boardroom, attendees will gain real-world insights into the mindset, skills, and experiences that set future executives apart. These conversations will explore how internal audit fosters critical competencies — from navigating complexity to driving transformation — that are essential at senior leadership levels.
Beyond the learning, the evening includes a networking dinner where participants can connect with peers, mentors, and industry leaders in a relaxed setting. It’s a rare opportunity to build relationships, exchange experiences, and take the next step toward becoming a future executive.
Agenda:
