Topic: Organization Resilience 

Organizational resilience refers to an organization's ability to withstand and adapt to disruptive events, such as economic downturns, natural disasters, technological advancements, or competitive pressures, while maintaining its core functions, integrity, and long-term viability. 

In this session we will first align on the comprehension of the topic and what organisational resilience encompasses.  We will also review how organisations should cope with these challenges. In addition the role of the internal audit function in this process will be analysed.  Finally, we will review the draft topical requirement on organisational resilience.

Raphael Schair 

Raphaël Schair is Director at KPMG Advisory , he has 20 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit & Internal Control – in the corporate and public sector. 

He is co-leading the Enterprise Risk Management Services (including Operational Resilience).
