You are invited to our Extraordinary General Assembly on December 7th at 16:00.
Agenda:
Change in articles of association. Please find a copy of the new
articles of association in Dutch and in English.
Please note the following:
- Because we did not reach the required quorum during our first extraordinary GA on November 16, the vote will be valid, regardless of the number of RIA’s.
- Only Registered Internal Auditors can vote.
- Because the seat of IIA Belgium is in Flanders, the vote will be on the Dutch version of the articles of association because it is the only official version. This is a legal requirement. For you reference, we have an English version translated by a law firm attached as well. In case of discrepancies, the Dutch version takes precedence.
